1. Tuition fees are paid directly to the tutor by cash or cheque.
2. Tuition fees are required in advance. The term being negotiated during the first 2 sessions, normally being 4 weeks.
3. Please note that the fee is per hour, & any additional time is charged  pro-rata
4. Tutorials will take place on the day, time & venue agreed.
5. When travelling to your home or venue, please allow for variations in time due to traffic.
6. This is a tuition service to help students learn, not a service for completing the student's homework or assignments.
7. We strive to provide the best possible service to help students improve their ability, skill and grades.
8. However, we won't be held responsible for the lack of academic success.
9. Students require essential practice books for tuition. These books  are usually available from ( at RRP) or recommended by the tutor. Students are expected to have these books
10. We are not liable for any direct, incidental, indirect, consequential,  special, punitive or similar damages arising out of use of our tutoring  service, or any errors  or omissions in the content of our materials. You the  client specifically waive any and all claims arising out of the use of this tutoring service.
11. Session amendments and cancellations by clients. As tuition sessions are booked for the students in advance, these cannot be rebooked by the tutor for someone else the following additional fees apply:-

• Cancellation fee within agreed term and 14 days from start ….. £10
• Cancellations less than 14 days from start…   full session fee
• Amendments requests for session booked between 7-14 days from start … £5.
• Amendments requests for session booked between 3-6 days from start … £10.
• Amendments requests for session booked between 1-3 days from start … £15.
• Amendments depend on a mutual booking availability within a week.

12. If a cancellation or re-booking due to tutor illness, the session will be rebooked without additional cost to the client
13. All materials we create in-house are copyright. You agree that you will not publish or distribute any portion of any materials without prior written permission from us
